Edible Oil Refinery Plant
Our Edible Oil Refinery Plant is engineered to refine crude vegetable oils into high-quality, clear, odorless, and stable edible oils suitable for direct consumption and commercial use. Designed for efficiency, precision, and long-term reliability, the refinery system ensures superior oil quality with enhanced shelf life and improved flavor.

Neutralizer
The Neutralizer is a critical component in the refining process, designed to remove acidic impurities from petroleum fractions such as naphtha, kerosene, and diesel. During this stage, a controlled amount of dilute caustic soda (NaOH) is mixed with the hydrocarbon stream to neutralize unwanted acidic compounds—such as hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), mercaptans (RSH), and naphthenic acids (RCOOH)—converting them into water-soluble salts.
Continuous Degumming Section
The Continuous Degumming Section is the first critical stage in the edible oil refining process, specifically designed to remove phospholipids (gums), mucilage, trace metals, and other impurities that affect oil quality, color, stability, and shelf life. Effective degumming ensures smoother downstream operations in the bleaching and deodorizing stages, resulting in a cleaner, more stable final product.

Continuous Bleaching System
designed to remove color pigments, oxidation by-products, phospholipids, trace metals, and residual impurities. Operating under precisely controlled temperature and vacuum conditions, this system ensures the production of high-quality, light-colored, and stable oil ready for the deodorization stage.
